Notice of Election Audit, 2025 General Election

Pursuant to K.S.A. 25-3009, notice is hereby given that an election audit shall be held at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, November 7, 2025 in the County Commission Room of the Labette County Courthouse, 501 Merchant, Oswego, Kansas.
Precinct selection for conducting the audit of the General Election will be held at the County Clerk’s Office, 501 Merchant, Oswego on Wednesday, November 5th at 8:30 a.m.
There will be a pre-election public test of the voting equipment held in the lower level of the Courthouse on October 10th, 2025 at 4:00 p.m., and a post-election test on November 19th, 2025 at 4:00 p.m.
